Go paperless and go green is the new idea to live by in today’s Hospitality industry for companies that want to attain efficiency and speed in their daily processes. The challenge is to reduce paper dependence, and automate the processes through a secure and legal manner.

It is the responsibility of every business to contribute towards a better environment, and what better way is there than by saving trees. PANHospitality is keeping up with this trend and is now offering you a mobile Android Application.

Our PANHospitality Mobile Application will run side by side with your current PANHospitality system. Phase one of this application will allow you to;

@ View the current Arrivals

@ Allow the guests to update their personal information

@ Add any medical, dietary or other requirements

@ Guests will be able to view your Indemnity agreement and digitally sign for it on the mobile           device. This electronic signature will then be saved and attached to the Guests profile inside the PANHospitality system.

@ The mobile app will also have a list of currently Checked in guests

@ Guests will be able to view their Bill and confirm the check-out information

@ Once the guest is satisfied the application can be configured to prompt the guest to fill in a Guest Survey/Feedback form. This information also gets saved in the Database and attached to the Booking for further reporting and Statistics

@ Please note that this module will be sold as a preconfigured mobile application on a Mobile Device supplied by PANstrat Solutions to ensure the device meets the required specifications

@ The Guest Feedback questionnaire will be configured by yourself based on your needs

Going paperless will save time and money by reducing unnecessary paperwork but also record guest information electronically.
