PANhospitality now integrates with the Digitot scale. This scale allows you to weigh
bottles of liquor and in so doing determine the number of tots in it. For more details

Stock scanning facility
Access to either the CipherLAB 8370 ( top of the range) or the CipherLAB 8000 will
allow batch barcode scanning of all stock and easy down loading into PANhospitality.
This will ensure more accurate and quicker stock takes.

SMS Module
We have added a separate module to the PanHospitality software that facilitates
automatic SMS sending to clients. Users can define their own wording, but items
like guest name and company name are automatically populated. This facility can
be used inter alia for the following:
- Arriving guests
- Departing guests
- Birthdays
- Reminder for deposits or accounts due
- Special occasions
We have contracted a bulk SMS purchasing facility to make the use more cost effective.
This module is available at a monthly charge of R250 (ex vat) SMS’s can be
purchased from us at a cost of R0.65 (ex vat) Please contact us should you be interested.
