SynXis is the world’s largest GDS and connects over 90,000 hotels with over 55,000 travel agency locations to help you capture both leisure and high-volume corporate business.  Their distribution and technology solutions for travel partners provide sales opportunities via a broad range of integrated online and offline channels. It gives you access to tools and services across our multiple businesses, so they can help you reach more customers across multiple markets, and ultimately, help you sell more room nights!

WEB API

This application allows you to use any ANDROID, IOS or WINDOWS device to access your live PAN database.  You will be able to check your availability, make a basic reservations, view reservations between dates, and view the details of any specific reservation.

Online Reputation Management

Centricity provides three separate solutions to the hospitality industry – Guest Satisfaction Surveys, Online Reputation Management and an Image Library solution.  Through our integration with Panstrat you can automate the sending of post-stay guest surveys and receive high quality guest feedback and comments in real time.  In addition to guest surveys we also help hotels to monitor and manage their online reviews from key travel review sites such as TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Expedia.com and Facebook.  With the Online Reputation Management module you can see all of your online reviews in one location and reply to them directly from our system.  Images sell hotels and our Image Library solution helps hotels to move their image libraries to the cloud, so that your images are more accessible and easily shared directly from the cloud when needed

Our sms module facilitates automatic SMS sending to clients.

You can define you own wording, but items like guest names and company name are automatically populated.  This facility can be used inter alia for the following;

  • Arriving guests
  • Birthdays
  • Special occasions
  • Departing guests
  • Reminder of deposits or accounts due
  • Announcing activities, special rates, special events etc.
  • Targeted SMSes sent to debtor groups

We believe this can be used as a very effective marketing tool.
