The new PANtour Software Suite is a seamlessly integrated Tour Planning, Management, Operational and Accounting package for the Tour Operator industry that enables operators of any size to manage their business more efficiently.  

“This comprehensive management and operational tool is windows based and therefore very easy to learn and incorporates a multi-currency accounting package with multiple control accounts, General Ledger, Trial Balance and inventory control,” says PANstrat director, Neil van Coller. “Various reports and an easy to use custom report writer provides users with comprehensive, real time information with literally just a few mouse clicks.” 

According to van Coller PANtour allows efficient group and FIT quotes and bookings, with visible time saving effects. User configurable pro-forma invoices, quotes and confirmations are sent out via fax or email. With its incorporated itinerary builder, guest list control, flights, hotels, meals and tours, PANtour really is an all in one solution. 

“Operations are easily controlled with arrival schedules, daily service requirements and messaging to agents and suppliers via integrated fax and email,” says van Coller. 

As indicated by van Coller, the PANtour database can be configured to run on Linux, the free open source operating system, thereby making it even more cost effective. There is no local offering that can match it in pricing and functionality.
